BEAUTY HUB BOUTIQUE WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Beauty Hub Boutique’s wholesale program. By registering as a wholesale customer and making purchases through our WooCommerce store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your application or making a purchase.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
1.1. Wholesale accounts are only available to businesses, retailers, spas, beauty professionals, and resellers in Tanzania and other approved locations.
1.2. Applicants must provide a valid business registration certificate, tax identification number (TIN), and/or any required licenses.
1.3. Beauty Hub Boutique reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.
2. ORDER REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All wholesale orders must meet a minimum order value of per product category.
2.2. Wholesale customers must purchase in multiples of the listed bulk quantities.
2.3. Orders that do not meet the minimum requirement will not be processed.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
3.1. Wholesale Pricing: Approved wholesale customers will have access to discounted pricing, which is subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. Payment Terms: All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept the following payment methods:
- Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa)
- Bank Transfers
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal (for international transactions)
3.3. Currency: All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.
3.4. Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1. Processing Time: Wholesale orders require 2 business days for processing before dispatch.
4.2. Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via Bolt and pickup is also available.
4.3. Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
4.4. Customs & Import Duties: International wholesale customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their respective countries.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & DAMAGES
5.1. Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of beauty products, all wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
5.2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the issue.
5.3. Beauty Hub Boutique will review and may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
6. BRANDING & RESELLING
6.1. Wholesale customers may resell our products only under the Beauty Hub Boutique brand name unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. Unauthorized private labeling or repackaging of our products is strictly prohibited.
6.3. Selling our products on third-party online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Jumia) is not permitted without prior written consent.
7. PROMOTIONS & MARKETING
7.1. Wholesale customers may use Beauty Hub Boutique’s official product images and descriptions for marketing and sales.
7.2. Any promotional materials using our branding must be approved before publication.
7.3. Beauty Hub Boutique reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account if our branding guidelines are violated.
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
8.1. Beauty Hub Boutique reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account that:
- Violates these terms and conditions.
- Engages in fraudulent or unethical business practices.
- Fails to meet the minimum order requirements for 2 months.
8.2. If an account is terminated, any pending orders may be canceled without a refund.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
9.1. All pricing, product availability, and wholesale-specific details shared with approved wholesale customers are strictly confidential.
9.2. Sharing this information with third parties without permission will result in account termination.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Beauty Hub Boutique is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, supplier shortages, or logistical disruptions.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Beauty Hub Boutique reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
